- Processing time: 1–3 business days (may extend during holidays/sales).
- Tracking number provided via email once shipped.

- Address errors? Notify us ASAP! Reshipping fees apply for undeliverable packages.

6. Address Changes & Lost Packages

- Lost in transit? We'll work with carriers to resolve it (contact us within 60 days).
