1. Order Confirmation

  • After checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your items and shipping address.
  • Double-check your address (unit number, postal code, etc.). Contact us immediately at support@furbubz.com if corrections are needed.
  • Didn't get the email? Check your spam/junk folder first!

2. Shipping Partners & Processing

  • Carriers we use: DHL, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, Yanwen, and local postal services.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (may extend during holidays/sales).
  • Tracking number provided via email once shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

  1. Step 1: Track via the carrier's link in your shipping confirmation email.
  2. Step 2: Once in your country, use the same tracking number on your local postal service's website.
  3. Issue? Contact your local post office first—they have the latest updates.

⚠️ Tracking expires after 60 days. Reach out to support@furbubz.com promptly if unresolved.

5. Delivery Exceptions

  • Damaged package? Email us within 3 days at support@furbubz.com with photos.
  • Address errors? Notify us ASAP! Reshipping fees apply for undeliverable packages.
  • Peak seasons/customs: Delays possible (we'll notify you if significant).

6. Address Changes & Lost Packages

  • Need to update your address? Email us immediately at support@furbubz.com (changes are not guaranteed after shipment).
  • Lost in transit? We'll work with carriers to resolve it (contact us within 60 days).

7. Important Notes

  • Force majeure: Extreme weather or global events may delay shipments.
  • Customs fees: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes/duties.
  • Wrong address? Reshipping fees apply.
