1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

✅ Accepted:

  • Quality issues (e.g., defects, damage, wrong item).
  • Unused items in original packaging (with tags intact).
  • Requests made within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items.
  • Returns without prior approval.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact support@furbubz.com within 30 days.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos (if defective), and reason for return.
  3. Wait for Approval: We'll respond within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) with instructions.

⚠️ Do NOT ship items back without approval — unapproved returns may not be refunded.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Faulty Item? We'll cover return shipping.
  • Change of Mind? You pay return shipping.
  • High-Value Items ($50+): Use a tracked/insured method (we're not liable for lost packages).

4. Refund Process

  • Approval Time: 1–3 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refund Method: Original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Processing Time:
    • PayPal: 3 business days.
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).

5. Exchanges

Need a different size/color? Email us at support@furbubz.com — we'll help if stock is available.

6. Warranty & Defective Items

  • Covered for manufacturing defects (contact us for troubleshooting first).
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom-made products.
  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective).
