1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✅ Accepted:
- Quality issues (e.g., defects, damage, wrong item).
- Unused items in original packaging (with tags intact).
- Requests made within 30 days of delivery.
❌ Not Accepted:
- Used, damaged, or altered items.
- Returns without prior approval.
- Items purchased from third-party sellers.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email Us: Contact support@furbubz.com within 30 days.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, photos (if defective), and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: We'll respond within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) with instructions.
⚠️ Do NOT ship items back without approval — unapproved returns may not be refunded.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Faulty Item? We'll cover return shipping.
- Change of Mind? You pay return shipping.
- High-Value Items ($50+): Use a tracked/insured method (we're not liable for lost packages).
4. Refund Process
- Approval Time: 1–3 business days after we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

5. Exchanges

6. Warranty & Defective Items

- Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse.

- Personalized/custom-made products.
